Bill O'Reilly Surprising Comments...

Here's the quote:

O'REILLY: You know, I have a lot of sympathy for Michelle Obama, for Bill Clinton, for all of these people. Bill Clinton, I have sympathy for him, because they're thrown into a hopper where everybody is waiting for them to make a mistake, so that they can just go and bludgeon them. And, you know, Bill Clinton and I don't agree on a lot of things, and I think I've made that clear over the years, but he's trying to stick up for his wife, and every time the guy turns around, there's another demagogue or another ideologue in his face trying to humiliate him because they're rooting for Obama.

That's wrong. And I don't want to go on a lynching party against Michelle Obama unless there's evidence, hard facts, that say this is how the woman really feels. If that's how she really feels -- that America is a bad country or a flawed nation, whatever -- then that's legit. We'll track it down.

Now what's so surprising here is not the poor choice of words, specifically "lynching". But the fact that he feels sorry for Bill Clinton?

Aroo? I thought that's what those Republican attack dogs and propagandists wanted? They wanted the entire country singing the song that the Clintons were evil incarnate. Now that everyone is barking the same tune (my grandmother said that Hillary and Bill Clinton were racists) NOW he wants to feel sorry for him?

And look at the subtle hint of racism in his comments..."lynching". What's funny is, when I heard the story, my grandmother had already misquoted it saying that he said he wanted to lynch Michelle Obama. Given I think on my own and like to know the truth versus just hearsay, I looked it up and he was actually defending her, albeit in a racist way...why use those words, O'Reilly? I mean why didn't he say lynching party when talking about Clinton? No he used it specifically about Michelle Obama.

But you know, I'm sure the outcry will be great. I mean people won't try and downplay this incident like they did the "pimping" incident. They're going to be outraged, and call for his firing...because as I said before, everyone, republican-democrat-conservative-liberal-man-woman-gay-straight are okay with sexism, but aren't (or pretend they aren't) okay with racism.

This is just a taste of things to come!
